Preferred Office Products
A number of ergonomic products are available on the market. The following list has been compiled to facilitate your ergonomic equipment selection.
The equipment on the preferred products list has been evaluated by the campus ergonomist and has been identified as most likely to optimize ergonomics set up for the majority of UCSF faculty and staff.

How to order equipment
- Following your ergonomics self-evaluation, evaluation by a EHS Specialist (Environment, Health and Safety Specialist), physical therapist, or ergonomist, it is your responsibility and your manager’s responsibility to order equipment and arrange for installation.
- Contact the vendor directly to request quotes for the desired items as well as installation fees if needed.
- Follow your department's purchasing procedure.
- The vendor will communicate with you directly to arrange for payments, delivery, installation, etc..
